Undisputed Sports Training
High Intensity Interval Training are 30 minute sessions that are full body workouts. Training sessions include full body exercises, weight, medicine ball work, rope training and more. Schedule is located on the schedule tab.
Sports Performance Training
Sports Performance Training sessions are run in 4 week intervals. We offer 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 day a week programs. The sessions are to make your athlete more athletic, meeting their age, sports and overall needs. Not every athlete is the same! During these sessions you will improve your speed, agility, strength, endurance, conditioning, power, explosiveness and more. Times for these sessions run every Monday-Friday starting at 3pm and run for 60 minutes. The sessions start every 15 minutes of every hour, until 5pm.
Boxing program at UST consists of open gym for those looking for the boxing workout or to one day compete. The boxing program also offer classes for Men, Women and Kids. The classes are non-contact, you will enjoy the benefits of training like an elite fighter. The class schedule is located in the schedule section of the website.
Personal Training is a option for clients that are would prefer a more 1-on-1 setting or a small group setting. Great option for those that need the extra push to get over that hump. Personal Training services are offered Monday-Friday between the hours of 6am-12 and 2pm-7pm.
We offer Team Training sessions as well where your whole team can get a workout in. We train the team for their specific sport. Contact us for more information and to schedule your team.
