Sports Performance Training
Sport Performance Training Sessions are run for 4 weeks at a time. The athlete can meet 1, 2, 3 or 4 times a week. The Sport Performance Training sessions are for the specific athlete, meeting their age, sport and overall needs. You will improve your speed, agility, strength, endurance, conditioning, power, explosiveness and more. The times/days are listed in the schedule section, but we can meet with the athlete at the best time for the athlete. Please call us for more information.
We offer team training sessions as well. You can use the space for your whole time to get a great workout, improving on areas of their game specific to their sport and needs. We meet at the best available time for the team. Please call us for more information and for the team pricing.
